I’m back this week with one of my favourite deserts I’ve ever made, these beauties. Gooey brownies with soft frosting is always a winning combination, but when it’s chocolate and Baileys, it’s a whole new level.

This recipe is a beautiful cake made with a bunch of ricotta and frozen raspberries. I used this recipe by Bon Appétit.I knew I wanted to make this recipe as soon as I came across it, just had to play the waiting game so I cound get my hands on some ricotta.
I’ve been meaning to share this recipe for such a long time, it was long due. This blackberry galette is inspired by two recipes by Lyndsey Eden, this one and this one. I always felt that galettes look wonderful, so, actually trying to make it was, well, a little bit chalenging, but I made it work.
